Firestone Complete Auto Care

I made an appointment for an alignment and oil change, air filter, and had a great experience at Firestone. The store manager (forgot her name) was nice,Alan and everyone I spoke with was pleasant. They broke the pricing down clearly before doing anything, which I appreciated. The mechanic, Karim, took great care of my car and made sure everything was done right. Overall, the service felt honest and straightforward.

Making an appointment was easy. I found the service to be professional and everything was explained to me over the phone. My car was ready for pickup on time. Alan processed the paperwork for me to pick up my vehicle; he was very nice and I was out the door in just a few minutes. I greatly appreciated the military discount offered as well.

Alan was great very helpful understanding how it is, how important it is to greet a customer. His customer service is excellent. He walked you through easy steps so that you can understand very well, what's going on with your vehicle and how to correct the situation?

Jason and Alan delivered clear information without jargon. I felt confident going in and dealing with them. There was no hard sell or upcharge, just honest work and a free coupon. I am very happy with my experience here.
